Drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection, root removal, and septic pump service for Duluth homes.
From hillside Victorians above Superior Street to newer builds over the ridge, Duluth's housing stock spans well over a century. Steep lots and old sewer lines go together more often than people expect, and a line that's never been camera-inspected on an older Duluth property is a common blind spot.
A drain that clogs again a few weeks after it was cleared is usually telling you something about the pipe, not the clog. On an older line, roots from mature trees can grow straight back into the same joints after a clearing.
One sign worth knowing: if a cleaning cable comes back with clay or soil on it, the pipe itself has likely broken, not just plugged. A sewer camera inspection shows exactly where and how bad before anyone talks about digging.
The City of Duluth runs an inspection program for inflow and infiltration (I&I): clear storm water getting into the sanitary sewer from private property. The city names the usual ways in as old roof and footing drain connections and broken or cracked sewer piping from homes, and during heavy rain that extra water can push the system into overflows.
Properties found contributing I&I are offered city grants of up to $2,150 toward the corrective work. Questions about the program itself go to the city's Utility Operations office at 218-730-4130 (city sanitary sewer page). What we can do is put a camera down your line so you know whether it is cracked, where, and what fixing it would involve.
Duluth has a lot of older rental housing, and a backup in one unit is a problem for every unit below it. One Duluth maintenance manager who looks after more than 100 buildings says we have been the first call for years.
We are open 24 hours. A sewer backing up into a basement does not wait for Monday, and neither do we.

Kitchen and bathroom drains, cleared and flowing again.

High-pressure water jetting for debris, grease, and roots a snake can't clear.

A real look inside the line before we guess at a fix.

Tree roots cleared out of sewer lines before they cause a full backup.

A failed septic pump replaced so your system works the way it should.
I have worked with this team for a few years now . I do maintenance on over 100 buildings in Duluth and Tim’s pipes is my 1st call or txt and I allways get a quick response. If you want a quick down to earth fix give them a call
We called every company in Duluth and not a single person answered the phone. Even called their emergency lines and got zero answers. Called Tim’s company after hours and he answered immediately. My sewer was backed up in my basement. His daughter drove to Duluth right away. She’s very nice and professional. She ran the snake down the drain but discovered either my trap or pipe had failed. It came up with clay on it. She offered some remedies and ways to tackle it. We are now getting it fixed. I can’t thank them enough for coming down and helping out late in the day and helping. Very nice people and caring. She didn’t charge me and she knew it was bad news to receive and my wife and I were pretty stressed out. That was extremely nice of her. That’s just unheard of these days. I’m saving Tim’s phone number in my phone and won’t be googling for any other company in the future. And I will refer them to anyone I meet that has plumbing issues like mine. Again thank you very much.
Yes. We are based in Two Harbors and serve Duluth and the towns around it, including after hours. We are open 24 hours.
When the same drain keeps clogging, when the cleaning cable comes back with roots, clay or soil on it, or before you buy an older home. The camera shows whether the pipe is cracked, sagging or full of roots, so you fix the real problem once.

Yes. A Duluth maintenance manager who looks after more than 100 buildings has called us first for years. Rentals get the same drain, sewer and camera services as any home.
